Belle came to yoga after a running injury left her looking for ways to focus on preventing further injury and was hooked after just one session! She later went on to complete her 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher training, which led her to begin teaching yoga in 2014.  Belle was a PE teacher for ten years and for the last 17 years she has worked as a personal trainer.

Yoga has taught Belle so much about herself and she loves the fact that in each class she teaches or practices in, there is always something new to learn or change for the better. 

She is passionate about making people feel good about themselves from the inside out and what better way to do this than through Yoga. Belle specialises in teaching a strong flow class and Pilates Sculpt, which will enhance your yoga practice.
