Natasha did her 1st Yoga Teaching Training in 2019 with Dylan Ayaloo, studying Hot Power Yoga then continued studying in Goa for a short time with Yogi Manoj where her journey with classical yoga and philosophy really started to develop. Currently Natasha is studying Tantric Hatha following the tradition of the Himalayan masters.

Having been in the fitness and wellness industry for 30 years teaching a wide variety of classes including Pilates and Reformer, Natasha has a thorough understanding of anatomy and physiology. She recently became a vedantic meditation coach and also teaches 1-2-1 meditation, yoga, and Pilates.

Whether it’s Vinyasa, Honey, Dynamic Flow or Yin, you will find Natasha’s yoga classes incorporate her love of pranayama, meditation and flow sequencing with intention and purpose and you will receive the same enthusiasm, passion and a warm-hearted welcome all underpinned with deep knowledge and understanding.
